Bring the opening details

For help narrowing a flap selection, write to support@petpassage.shop with your pet’s measured shoulder width, the required passage height and the actual door thickness. Please use centimetres for the pet and millimetres for the panel, matching the fit-check fields. Include the model under consideration and describe the door material.

An installation question is easier to understand when you distinguish clear passage, outer frame and cutout. If an opening already exists, describe its shape and measurements rather than assuming a matching passage size means a matching frame. Avoid making a new cut while those dimensions remain uncertain.

For an order correction or damaged item, add the request reference and the affected component. Tell us whether a flap, surround or tunnel is involved. Keep any photographs focused on the hardware and remove unnecessary household or personal details.
