Pet Passage

Before fitting the delivered flap

A goods subtotal of $250 or more qualifies for free delivery before any newsletter reduction. Below that threshold the delivery fee is $12.95. The 10% welcome offer affects merchandise, and the delivery line remains a separate part of the displayed request total.

Provide a receiving address and postal code that identify where the hardware should go. An order reference acknowledges the submitted selection; it does not specify a delivery day or carrier. Check the contents against that selection when the parcel arrives, including a separately ordered Porch tunnel or Garden replacement flap.

Inspect the surround, moving leaf, lock and fixing areas before altering the door. Retain the protective packing while confirming fit. If damage or an incorrect part needs review, contact support@petpassage.shop with the reference and component details. For a return enquiry, describe whether the item has been cut, drilled, installed or used. Protect the flap from bending and keep loose fixings with the correct frame.
